Behaviour is a form of communication. As conscious parents we always need to dig deeper to solve our children’s real underlying needs rather than offering ‘surface solutions’. Through this program you will:

✔️ get clear on why your child is behaving the way they are and how you can solve the real underlying issues

✔️see a natural reduction in challenging (mis)behaviours such as attention seeking, defiance, hitting, yelling, arguments, tantrums and sleep issues

✔️ experience easier bedtimes, more cooperation, more calm, more harmonious family dynamics

✔️ feel equipped with proactive tools and strategies to work through tantrums, arguments and other challenges rather than avoiding them (and perpetuating the cycle)

✔️ feel equipped to work through your own emotions, triggers and unconscious patterns rather than passing them on to your child

My approach:

If you’re not already familiar with me and my work I recommend you first read my blog to make sure you resonate. Getting comfortable with emotions is (I believe) the core work of conscious parenting; both yours and your childrens and in this program we’ll do both.

The keys that you’ll get really confident with are:

  • discerning why your child is behaving the way they are
  • supporting your child emotionally when they are upset, angry or having a tantrum
  • connecting with your child through play

What’s included:

The Connect journey aligns with one full season to support with integration. It can be done online from anywhere in the world. We will work through the themes of the 7 energy centres (chakras) to learn relevant tools and practises to support you in each area of parenting.

+ 7 self-paced modules (including video and workbook), 1 released each Monday beginning March 1st, these will take you about 60 minutes to work through

+ Fortnightly discussion group on Zoom for you to share and have questions answered (beginning Wednesday 3 March 2pm, Brisbane time. These will be recorded and you can pre-submit questions if unable to attend live)

+ Access to an exclusive Facebook community for in between support, inspiration and accountability, where I’m only a keyboard away to point you in the right direction, including weekly self care resources and play challenges

What we’re covering in the modules:


Module 1: Get the foundations right. Set up TWO key practises in this module that you will continue to use throughout your 12 week journey (and beyond). We’ll also cover the THREE main reasons that children misbehave and discern why your child is behaving the way they are

Module 2: Question your conditioning. How your childhood experiences have shaped the way you deal with emotions + why it’s crucial to stop sweeping them under the carpet if you want to create a more harmonious home

Module 3: Power/ powerlessness. Empower your child through age-appropriate play, choice, plenty of opportunity for autonomy, independence, moving away from old fashioned methods of coercion or power over your child and instead learn to guide behaviour without punishment/ rewards

Module 4: Making friends with feelings. Practise getting comfortable with tears/ tantrums and big feelings. Learn to respond with more confidence, calm and patience.


Module 5: Creative Play. Learn how you can use play as a tool to support your child’s emotional wellbeing through any childhood challenges such as fear of the pool, hates brushing teeth, adjusting to new baby etc

Module 6: Your triggers are an opportunity for growth and healing. Get clear on the auto-pilot reactions and triggers that you’d like to change and delve into my inner child process.


Module 7: Step into presence. A toolbox of meditations and mindfulness resources to support you with feeling more present and infusing that sense of calm into your mothering role



By putting the concepts from modules 1-7 into practice you are taking this new knowledge and rewiring the neural pathways in your brain. Real transformation won’t happen overnight. It takes time. And that’s why I’ve designed this program to span a whole season. I am here to support you in being compassionate and gentle with yourself as you move forward on that journey and create your new normal. Support and accountability = the golden key to creating sustainable change

What is inner child work and how does it help make parenting easier?

Sometimes, it might seem like no matter how much you learn about the practical side of conscious parenting… repetitive triggers and old patterns (like shouting, shaming, punishing, etc) continue to show up and get in the way.

If you had any painful experiences as a child (we all did!) such as feeling scared, hurt, judged, shamed, powerless or punished and you pushed those emotions down, it’s likely they will still be buried somewhere in your unconscious. And when you have a similar experience or something brings up the same kinds of emotions you might find yourself feeling triggered or having a disproportionate reaction. It means that part of your psyche is coming up to be heard and healed. If you’re not conscious of them, these wounded inner child parts can really run the show! Through inner child work you can go back into any emotional memory (whether conscious or unconscious) and give yourself what you were actually needing at that time.

When you do your own healing it means you can hold a bigger space for your children to work through their stuff without yours getting in the way 🙌
