We all go through different seasons in life.
Sometimes you’ll feel like you’ve really got this motherhood thing down pat, you’ve got it all together, you’re aligned, on point, high- vibing…
But let me quote Dr Suess for a moment because it’s not always that way, right?
“When you’re in a Slump, you’re not in for much fun.
Un-slumping yourself is not easily done.”
If you’re going through a rough patch, I want you to remember that everything changes. This season will pass. AND there are some things you can do to get through this season as smoothly as possible.
Back in 2008 I was stumbling through the darkness of depression. It took me YEARS to learn that the void inside of me was a deep craving for INNER connection and could not be filled by some external solution. Over the last 12 years I’ve learnt to consciously nourish that inner connection everyday.
